Shawn is Managing Partner and Senior Wealth Advisor for Tungsten Wealth Management. With more than 20 years of investing and helping others navigate the choppy waters of Financial Planning, Shawn truly enjoys helping clients simplify complex financial issues.

Shawn began honing his core beliefs in the ’90s while attending Texas A&M University. His burning desire to learn, grow intellectually and innovate back then are the same driving principles that continue to shape his character today.

With a relentless pursuit of excellence and continual focus on serving the clients’ best interests, Shawn applies a disciplined approach to planning and investing.

Shawn is a graduate of the Dwight Look College of Engineering at Texas A&M University, holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation granted by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, the Certified Wealth Strategist® designation awarded by the Cannon Financial Institute, and is a member of the Financial Planning Association.

Shawn and his wife Carrie have two wonderful children and reside in Edmond, Oklahoma. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing and traveling to new places from time to time.

As a Managing Partner and Senior Wealth Advisor for Tungsten, Rob finds true joy in helping clients build, manage, protect and transition their wealth. With more than 18 years in the industry, Rob's unique combination of knowledge and experience helps guide clients toward achieving their financial goals.

Raised in a family where both parents were Certified Public Accountants, Rob learned at an early age how to budget, save and use his gifts wisely. Rob has always enjoyed both the analytical and relational side of financial planning, and helping clients achieve a higher level of financial well-being.

Rob is a graduate of the Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas where he earned his Degree in Finance. After College he continued his pursuit to learn more by obtaining the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. The prestigious CFP® is one of the most difficult designations in the financial services industry to obtain. Only CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals are rigorously trained in 72 areas of financial expertise, must accrue thousands of hours of experience and pass final examinations in each of the core planning areas before earning their certification. In addition, Rob also holds the Certified Wealth Strategist® designation which is awarded by the Cannon Financial Institute.

Rob, his wife Laney, and their two children live in Springdale, Arkansas. He and his family love the Northwest Arkansas area and are involved in several community and charitable organizations. Rob enjoys time with his family, golf, traveling and rooting on his Arkansas Razorback athletic teams. On a free weekend you might find Rob and the family on a camping trip, or around town supporting their kids’ activities and events.

With more than 30 years of experience, Diana is the Director of Client Relationships for Tungsten Wealth Management.

Prior to joining the Tungsten Team, Diana served as a Vice President and a Trust Officer for a Regional Bank for 14 years. One of her greatest pleasures is building relationships and being able to help her clients.  She is passionate about making phone calls and visits to those that have no one else.  Seeing and hearing the pure joy of her clients always warms her heart.

Diana was born and raised in Iowa where she started her career in the Financial Industry in 1990.  She and her husband Kenn were introduced to NW Arkansas by vacationing and spending time with family that lived there, before they began to fall in love with the area.   In 2001, along with their son Greg, they decided to make NW Arkansas their home and have been here ever since.

Diana is a graduate of Cannon Trust School where she expanded her knowledge on proper administration and estate planning.  She has served on the Board of Legacy Village in Bentonville, Lifeline of Northwest Arkansas, and is a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville.

Diana and her husband recently celebrated their 25th Anniversary and have one son, Greg.  In her spare time, Diana and Kenn often enjoy the time spent outside.  These activities include golfing, camping, fishing, and kayaking.  She really enjoys being outdoors camping around one of the many beautiful lakes that are in the area.

Lehman McNabb is currently a Client Relationship Associate at Tungsten Wealth Management. His career goal is to build strong life-long relationships with others while also helping ease their worries about the strain finances can bring.

Lehman is studying Finance Management and Investment Concentration with a minor in Marketing at the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. With a strong determination to learn and help others succeed, he is actively taking the steps necessary to receive his Certified Financial Planner™️ certificate. Having benefited himself from a financial advisor and mentor, Lehman has a desire to be that person for others. Growing up he was taught saving is always better than spending and giving pays dividends both seen and unseen. He has been taught the importance of budgeting and the power of using the blessings of time to build wealth for the future.

Raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas, Lehman has grown to love Northwest Arkansas while attending classes in Fayetteville. He enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his friends whether it is camping, mountain biking, golfing, or many other countless activities.

Mario A. Medina Lopez

Mario is a Wealth Consultant for Tungsten Wealth Management. Through his time of helping others in the financial industry, Mario prides himself on establishing trust with his clients and building long lasting relationships as they look to navigate the next 5, 10, and 20 years of their lives.

Mario began his career path in the second half of the 2010’s with JPMorgan Chase Bank while pursuing his degree at the University of Oklahoma. He worked diligently in his time with JPMC to climb the ranks through the branch level system while establishing long term relationships and learning the importance of a client’s needs and goals which shape his diligence with how he knows he needs to work with his clients.

Mario dedicates himself to exceeding the expectations set by himself and his clients when working together with planning and investing. He knows that every client is unique and have sophisticated investment and financial planning goals that can’t be met with a one-size-fits-all product. Truly listening to what a client has to say and what shapes their beliefs and values allow Mario to offer personal customized services to each of his clients day in and day out.

Mario is continuing through the completion of his graduate degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK. He will complete his degree in Finance with a concentration in Investments out of the UCO school of business. With completion of his degree Mario will then pursue and plans to achieve the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation granted by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. He was previously licensed with JPMorgan Securities as a relationship banker before working directly with small business owners as the Oklahoma City Market’s Business Relationship Manager.

Mario currently resides in Edmond, OK while continuing his college education and working in the financial industry. His hometown of Buffalo, OK in the entrance to the Oklahoma Panhandle helped shape the small town feel he likes to implement to both his professional and personal life so that no one has to feel like a stranger. His favorite things to do involve being active in the form of golf, basketball, or simply going for a long run. When he decides to rest and not be active he enjoys spending time with his friends and family or planning his next trip traveling to new places when and where possible.
